Rate: $42-$50/hour

The Gardens at Gettysburg is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our skilled nursing facility in Gettysburg, PA. This position is responsible for overseeing nursing staff and ensuring quality care for our residents under the direction of the Director of Nursing.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and support nursing staff to ensure exceptional resident care
Monitor and enforce compliance with facility policies and procedures
Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams
Provide guidance in clinical decision-making and emergency situations

Requirements:

Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania
Supervisory experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting
