Position: Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor
Location: New York, NY
Base Pay: $51.61-$53.00
Shift: 2:45 PM - 11:15 PM (weekdays and weekends)
Sign-On Bonus: $10,000
Requirements:
- Diploma or Associate Degree in Nursing; Bachelor s preferred
- 2 years of nursing experience; 1 year in healthcare administration preferred
- Current BLS Certification
- Strong critical thinking, organizational, and communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Administer nursing program under the Director of Nursing
- Supervise nursing staff and participate in recruitment
- Develop policies and participate in training programs
- Collaborate with healthcare team and manage medical records
- Ensure emergency procedures and quality improvement activities are followed
