Wyant Woods Healthcare Center is seeking an RN Night Supervisor with heart, empathy, and a little extra love to provide care to our patients & support our staff.
This position works 6:00pm-6:30am

RN Supervisor Qualifications:
Active RN license
Proficiency in complex medical conditions and geriatric care.
Familiarity with CMS, HIPAA, and OSHA regulations.
Experience in training and enhancing clinical competencies.
Track record in implementing risk management and quality improvement initiatives.
Demonstrated experience in nursing leadership or supervision, preferably in a Skilled Nursing or Long-Term Care setting.
RN Supervisor Responsibilities
Develop and implement training programs to enhance nursing staff skills and competencies.
Conduct regular audits and reviews of nursing practices, documentation, and outcomes.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop comprehensive care plans for residents.
Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, including performance evaluation and coaching.
Direct day-to-day nursing operations, including patient assessments, care planning, and staff assignments.
