Registered Nurse Staff Development Coordinator/Infection Preventionist

We are seeking a dedicated Staff Development Coordinator/Infection Preventionist (RN) to join our team.

•  Assess training needs and develop staff education programs, including orientation and ongoing education.

•  Oversee infection control practices, conduct data analysis, and report trends.

•  Coordinate outbreak investigations and monitor infection prevention protocols.

•  Collaborate with leadership on training, quality improvement, and compliance with regulations.

•  Provide monthly and annual reports for quality assurance.

•  Require RN license, excellent multitasking skills, and compassionate elderly care.

•  Full-time, day shift, Monday-Friday with on-call.
