- UT Health Tyler, the flagship hospital of the system, has 502 licensed beds specializing in advanced acute care medicine. Our hospital includes a 24-hour ER with Level 1 trauma center, a comprehensive stroke center, more than 500 physicians and a full complement of subspecialty groups.
Responsibilities- The RN Quality is responsible for administration of Resource Team staff clinical needs, expectations of employment, and information services activities for the Divisional Resource Team.
- They are responsible for ensuring the Resource Team clinical staff adheres to policies, procedures and regulations to ensure compliance and patient safety.
- The RN Quality will also support Divisional facilities by monitoring performance of assigned Resource Team staff and will oversee onboarding compliance of staff and agency new-hires.
Qualifications Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required
- 5+ years of clinical experience (ED or ICU preferred)
- Current TX or Compact RN License required
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association required
Preferred Job Requirements:
- Master's Degree in Nursing preferred
