The IMC offers nurses a chance toapply critical care skillsin astep-down environment, focused onstabilization, recovery, and discharge preparation. Patients primarily includeNeurosurgery, Neurology, andtelemetry-monitored medical cases.

Key Responsibilities

As a Clinical Nurse you will provide transitional care to patients and families whose needs range from uncomplicated to highly complex, monitor their progress and prepare them for discharge. You will utilize critical thinking skills to analyze trends and changes in patient status and plan appropriate interventions directly or indirectly along with an interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• ADN, BSN, MSN, or CNL from an accredited School of Nursing required.

• Prior Clinical Nursing Experience preferred.

• Active DC RN License and Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers required.

This position has a hiring range of $38.00 - $63.30
