Registered Nurse RN

Capable clinician with previous specialty experience preferred, focused on expanding knowledge and skills. Provides effective direct care as part of the interdisciplinary team to complex patients. Assumes a beginning clinical bedside leadership role, participates in councils and quality teams, and works to recruit and retain an excellent nursing care team. Requires RN licensure in Georgia, an Associate's Degree or Diploma, and at least 1 year of RN experience. Must deliver safe, efficient care, prioritize effectively, and demonstrate personal mastery and leadership. Involves transformational leadership, exemplary professional practice, new knowledge and improvement, structural empowerment, and empirical outcomes. Physical demands include lifting up to 100 lbs and standing/walking frequently. Job emphasizes teamwork, continuous development, and achieving strategic initiatives.
