Job Description:The Registered Nurse (RN) is a professional caregiver who assumes responsibility and accountability for assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating care of patients. The staff RN utilizes the nursing process by use of technology, therapeutic intervention, evidence-based practice and coordination of care with other health team members.

As a Registered Nurse (RN) at St. Vincent Healthcare, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to patients in our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). Our NICU is equipped to handle even the smallest patients, having been the first Level III NICU in Billings. We offer advanced imaging, breathing and heart monitoring, ventilators, oxygen, and IV therapy, as well as pediatric surgery and other subspecialty care.
Key Responsibilities:- Patient Care: Assume responsibility for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the care of patients in the NICU.
- Nursing Process: Utilize the nursing process through technology, therapeutic interventions, evidence-based practices, and coordination with other healthcare team members.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care.

Minimum Qualifications:- ASN/ADN or BSN from an accredited program
- Ability to obtain a BSN within four years of hire, unless you have at least 15 years of proven, continuous acute care RN experience
- Current RN license to practice in Montana
- Current BLS certification
Preferred Qualifications:- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution
- At least 1 year of NICU RN experience
