Job Summary and Qualifications

Registered Nurse in the Med-Surg unit will provide comprehensive care to patients with a variety of medical conditions and surgical needs. Will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care while closely monitoring patients' vital signs and medical status. Responsibilities include administering medications and treatments, managing patient pain, coordinating care with multidisciplinary teams, and educating patients and families on treatment plans and discharge instructions.

Qualifications:
ASN/ BSN
BLS certification.
Knowledge of current nursing, medical and health trends and practices in rendering of patient care.
One year of acute care nursing experience preferred.
