RN Manager Skilled Nursing Raybrook
Holland Home of Grand Rapids is excited to announce an opening for a full-time, Registered Nurse Manager to join our management team at the Raybrook Manor campus, a prestigious 5-star Skilled Nursing Facility.
Our beautiful Raybrook Campus features two floors, each accommodating 50 residents, located at the intersection of Burton Street and the East Beltline. The facility offers a balanced mix of long-term care and rehabilitation on one floor, alongside late-stage memory care on the other.
Our dedicated team of Nurse Managers oversee daily operations and personnel within Raybrook Skilled Nursing, ensuring high-quality resident care while adhering to federal and state regulations and organizational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing Day-to-Day Activities: Overseeing the daily operations and staff, including supervising, training, staffing, performance evaluations and employee relations.
Monitoring Quality of Nursing Care: Ensuring the nursing care provided on the unit complies with federal and state regulations and organizational standards.
Coordinating Admissions and Discharges: Managing the admissions to and discharges from the unit and completing the required documentation timely.
Investigating and Resolving Issues: Addressing and resolving concerns regarding nursing unit operations and services.
Assisting with MDS Assessments and Care Plans: Conduct timely MDS assessments and develop care plans for residents.
Participating in Interdisciplinary Team Activities: Attend resident care conferences and maintain communication with other disciplines.

Schedule: Monday - Friday; Day shift
Competitive Salary:
Salary Range: $81,702 - $96,470
Overall Salary Range: $81,702 - $103,875
Qualifications and Requirements:
Current and valid MI RN license.
Minimum of 1 year of management experience.
At least 3 years of nursing experience, preferably in long-term care or rehabilitation settings.
CPR certification required.
Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Matrix EMR.
Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate approach
