Registered Nurse

Experienced RN responsible for age-specific patient assessments, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with healthcare teams.

•  Performs treatments, provides patient/family education, and documents responses and progress.

•  Evaluates interventions, initiates emergency measures, and participates in mandatory training and staff education.

•  Supervises staff, ensures safety protocols, manages supplies, and contributes to quality improvement initiatives.

•  Maintains interpersonal relationships, adheres to infection control policies, and manages complex clinical skills including hemodynamic monitoring and ventilator management.

•  Requires BLS, ACLS, RN license, with preferred 1-year clinical experience; able to function under stress and in safety-sensitive environments.
