Under the supervision of the Director/House Supervisor and/or Charge Nurse, the RN is responsible for overseeing daily functions of assigned personnel to ensure appropriate nursing care for patients. The RN manages patient care through direct caregiving or by supervising nursing staff, utilizing the Nursing Process.
