Performs individualized assessments and develops age-specific care plans for patients. Collaborates with healthcare team to implement interventions and treatments as per physician orders. Provides patient/family education and documents assessment findings and responses to interventions. Initiates emergency measures and participates in mandatory training. Supervises staff, ensures adherence to safety protocols, and assists in incident reporting. Maintains interpersonal relationships while ensuring confidentiality. Coordinates unit activities, assists in staff orientation, and contributes to policy development. Requires BLS, ACLS, and RN license; 1 year clinical experience preferred.
