Registered Nurse

We are seeking a licensed Registered Nurse to provide compassionate home-based care, both directly and indirectly, following physician orders and care plans.
•  Deliver skilled nursing treatments, administer medications, and perform assessments to support clients' health and independence.
•  Document care accurately, communicate changes to families and physicians, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
•  Supervise and train caregivers, participate in meetings, and maintain confidentiality and safety protocols.
•  Qualifications include a Nursing degree, valid license, CPR certification, and experience in home health preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills are essential.
•  This role may involve after-hours and on-call duties, with a salary range of $32-$38/hour.
