The Registered Nurse (RN) in the Nursing Float department is responsible for the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, and evaluation. The RN will communicate effectively, lead teams, and implement patient education and safety initiatives. Assignments will vary across multiple locations based on departmental needs.
Education: Associate's Nursing required; Bachelor's preferred. Experience: Minimum 2 years in Healthcare/Medical Case Management or Home Health preferred.
