The Registered Nurse II (RN II) is responsible for patient care, utilizing the nursing process for assessment, diagnosis, planning, and evaluation. Key duties include effective communication, teamwork, and leadership, along with patient education and quality initiatives. RN II must complete yearly competencies and maintain a current portfolio. Education requirements include an Associate's degree in Nursing, with a Bachelor's preferred. A minimum of 1872 hours of RN experience is required, along with an RN license and BLS certification.
