Your Role as an RN Supervisor

As an RN Supervisor, you will oversee nursing staff during the Evening Shift to ensure the highest standards of care for our residents. You'll act as a leader, mentor, and problem-solver for your team.

Key Responsibilities
Provide supervision and guidance to nursing staff during the evening shift.
Ensure compliance with facility policies, state and federal regulations, and quality standards.
Collaborate with the Director of Nursing (DON) and unit managers to maintain continuity of care.
Monitor resident care plans to ensure accurate documentation and implementation of medical and nursing needs.
Respond promptly to emergencies, resident concerns, and staffing issues, providing hands-on support as needed.
Conduct rounds to assess resident care, staff performance, and adherence to infection control protocols.
Promote a positive work environment, encouraging teamwork and collaboration among nursing staff.
Participate in shift-to-shift communication to ensure continuity of care and address ongoing resident needs.
What You'll Bring
Qualifications
Licensure: Active, unencumbered RN license in Pennsylvania (required).
Experience:
Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in a long-term care or healthcare setting (preferred).
Familiarity with state and federal regulations for skilled nursing facilities.
Skills:
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
Ability to manage emergencies and resolve conflicts efficiently.
Commitment to resident care and staff mentorship.
