Day Shift: 7 AM-3 PM

Your Role as a Weekend RN Supervisor

As a Weekend RN Supervisor, you'll provide leadership and support to the nursing staff during your assigned shifts. You'll play a critical role in ensuring residents receive the highest level of care.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and guide nursing staff during day or evening weekend shifts, ensuring compliance with resident care plans and facility standards.
Act as a mentor and resource for the nursing team, addressing questions and resolving issues promptly.
Collaborate with the Director of Nursing (DON) and Unit Managers to manage staffing needs and resident care priorities.
Provide direct patient care when necessary to maintain clinical quality and resident satisfaction.
Monitor resident care plans, ensuring they are up to date and reflect the needs and preferences of residents.
Ensure infection control practices and facility policies are upheld, meeting state and federal regulations.
Document incidents, changes in resident status, and other critical information for effective communication with the interdisciplinary team.
Foster a positive, person-centered care approach, ensuring residents' needs and preferences are met.
What You'll Bring
Qualifications:
Licensure: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania (required).
Experience:
At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting (preferred).
Previous experience in a long-term care or rehabilitative facility strongly encouraged.
Skills:
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Ability to mentor and lead direct care staff effectively.
Commitment to clinical excellence and person-centered care.
