RN with BSN or MSN degree needed -Provide Leadership to the MedSurg Facility team The Unit Leader is responsible for supporting bedside nurses to provide safe and high-quality patient care while achieving organizational, departmental, and individual goals. In collaboration with the Nurse Manager, the Unit Leader will play a key role in leadership, communication, and being a change agent on the unit. You will be managing time, resolving conflicts, and delegating tasks to support the nursing staff while ensuring a high level of patient satisfaction and safe patient care. Serve as a liaison between management, staff, physicians, patients, families, and other departments, acting as a role model and holding staff accountable. Full Time Evening, Mon-Fri 12P-10P or 10A-8P (16 shifts/4 weeks with alternate weekends and holidays) Salary range: $111,827 - $146,888 with tremendous benefits and perks.
