Provides leadership in coordinating and delivering quality patient care through the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Responsible for delegating, supervising, and documenting care while effectively communicating with the healthcare team. Acts as a patient advocate, ensuring individualized, safe, and age-specific care for all patients, including those with complex needs.
Education/Experience Required:
BSN preferred Previous OR RN experience required Graduation from an accredited nursing school Clinical knowledge for effective nursing care plans Certifications/Licenses Required:
