What You'll Do:- Lead and support nursing staff across the facility during assigned shifts
- Serve as the clinical and administrative point person for residents, families, and staff
- Respond to emergencies and escalate issues appropriately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care
- Monitor staffing levels and adjust assignments as needed
What We're Looking For:- Education - Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Connecticut.
- Three years in Clinical practice, with one year in long-term care required.
- Acute care and supervisory experience preferred.
- Computer literacy strongly preferred.
- CPR certification.
