Schedule: Part-Time (16 Hours, every other Thurs, Fri, Sat, Sun 12a - 8a)

What You'll Do:
  • Lead and support nursing staff across the facility during assigned shifts
  • Serve as the clinical and administrative point person for residents, families, and staff
  • Respond to emergencies and escalate issues appropriately
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care
  • Monitor staffing levels and adjust assignments as needed
What We're Looking For:
  • Education - Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Connecticut.
  • Three years in Clinical practice, with one year in long-term care required.
  • Acute care and supervisory experience preferred.
  • Computer literacy strongly preferred.
  • CPR certification.
