Job Description Spectrum Healthcare Resources has an excellent opportunity for a Full-time Primary Care Registered Nurse (RN) at Portsmouth's Naval Oceana Clinic in Virginia Beach, Virginia. Position Highlights: Excellent work/life balance Monday-Friday 7Am-4PM(no nights/weekend or holiday requirements.) Employee status with full complement of benefits; 11 paid federal holidays off Provide care to our Nation's armed forces and their dependents Position Responsibilities: Provide patient assessments, triage, and evaluations Execution of physician orders within the guidelines of standard nursing practice Provide treatment and discharge instructions upon patient release Documentation of patient care and observations Provide patient education and emotional support Position Requirements: Graduate of a state-accredited professional nursing program Active RN license 1 year of experience as an RN working in an out-patient setting within the last 3 years (experience MUST be in Primary Care, Urgent care, Emergency Medicine or Ambulatory care setting Active BLS certification U.
