We are hiring a compassionate and skilled RN Case Manager for Home Health in Union City, Fairburn, & Palmetto areas. This role involves providing direct patient care, coordinating care for homebound patients, and ensuring quality standards are met. Candidates should have a valid Georgia RN License, 2 years of RN experience (preferably in med/surg, ICU, or ER), strong clinical assessment skills, and wound care experience. Reliable transportation is required. Compensation includes a salary range of $86-89K, with total earnings over $100K, plus excellent benefits. This is a full-time, in-person position.
