Registered Nurse

$5,000.00 SIGN ON BONUS

Duties and Responsibilities:
Review notes from each patient and collect basic medical information.
Collect vital signs and record data in the patient's chart.
Observe patient's condition, including symptoms, condition, symptoms of each disease, and other information.
Perform treatments as outlined in the patient's chart.
Update charts as necessary.
Communicate with supervising physician or nurse practitioner regarding additional procedures or services provided to patients.
Document patient history and provide detailed report to physician or nurse practitioner.
Assist with other duties as assigned by supervising physician or nurse practitioner.

Required Skills:
Current NJ Registered Nurse License
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure with good judgment skills.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Good time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
Ability to work well with others in a team environment and as an independent contractor self-employed professional.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $40.00 - $43.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
