Registered Nurse-ICU Neonatal-Full Time

This RN role involves independent practice in a clinical setting, providing routine to complex care and delegating tasks.

•  Responsibilities include patient assessment, planning, intervention, evaluation, medication administration, documentation, and patient education.

•  Core competencies focus on utilizing the nursing process, managing patient flow, unit operations, safety, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance.

•  Technical skills involve adherence to policies, health info documentation, equipment use, and interpreting patient charts.

•  Requirements include a BSN preferred, 1+ year experience, RN license, BLS, and certifications like NRP and STABLE.

•  New nurses undergo orientation and competency validation; specialty experience and certifications are preferred.
