We are seeking a competent Nurse to provide both routine and complex care in a clinical setting. The role involves independent practice, critical thinking, and effective delegation to manage patient care. Responsibilities include:
- Utilizing the nursing process for assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
- Addressing complex psychological, emotional, and social needs of patients and families.
- Administering medications and monitoring treatment effectiveness.
- Documenting patient care and educating patients and families.
- Planning and evaluating nursing care and unit operations.
- Ensuring patient safety and compliance with healthcare regulations.
Qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, 1 year of experience, and a valid RN license. Full-time position with a schedule of 7AM - 7PM.
