We are seeking a competent Nurse to provide both routine and complex care in a clinical setting. The role involves independent practice, critical thinking, and effective delegation to manage patient care. Responsibilities include:
Utilizing the nursing process for assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation. Addressing complex psychological and social needs of patients and families. Administering medications and monitoring treatment effectiveness. Documenting patient care and educating patients and families. Qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, RN license, and BLS certification. Experience in a related nursing specialty is preferred. The position requires a full-time commitment with 12-hour shifts from 6 PM to 6 AM.
