Primary Responsibilities:
- Patient Assessments: Conducts age-specific assessments, analyzes data, and integrates results into care planning while ensuring pain management and safety.
- Communication: Engages in timely, culturally sensitive communication with patients and colleagues, documenting accurately using SBAR.
- Problem Solving: Utilizes critical thinking to solve problems and make clinical decisions based on integrated data.
- Caring Relationships: Fosters caring relationships with patients and families, advocating for their needs and rights.
- Time Management: Effectively prioritizes tasks and adapts to changes in patient conditions.
- Leadership: Applies leadership skills, delegates care appropriately, and participates in professional development.
- Teaching: Provides tailored education to patients and families to promote health and manage treatments.
Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Nursing required; AAS candidates completing BSN within four years considered.
Salary Range: $34.00 - $53.81, full-time night shift.
