  • CDL Rear Load Drivers collect and haul waste or recycling to disposal or recycling sites, operating various trucks on multiple routes.
  • Key duties include safely operating trucks, emptying and delivering containers, maintaining logs, cleaning spills, and conducting pre/post-trip inspections.
  • Requires excellent driving and maneuvering skills, ability to read maps, strong communication abilities, and physical stamina for frequent entry/exit and lifting.
  • Must have a valid Class B CDL, DOT Medical Card, clean driving record, and legal eligibility to work in the U.S.
  • Flexible hours, exposure to waste, and high-traffic areas expected.
  • High school diploma or GED preferred; prior waste industry experience a plus.
