13-week Physical Therapist contract in Montevideo, MN, working Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm, no weekends or holidays.

Serve in LTC/SNF, outpatient, and home health settings; guaranteed 40 hours/week with a starting pay of $2,400/week.

Responsibilities include patient assessment, individualized treatment, documentation, and supervision of assistants/aides.

Requires a DPT or master's in PT, state licensure, CPR certification, and driver's license; new grads welcome.
