• Served as mentor, coach, and team builder of inexperienced licensed and unlicensed staff.
• Medication administration and documentation utilizing E-Mar.
• Documented the patient's plan of care using identified nursing diagnoses, expected patient outcomes, and selected nursing interventions.
• Assessed signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition.
• Supervised patient care assistants.

Required Qualifications:
• Education: BSN.
• Experience: 2+ years of experience required.
• License/Certification: RN license and BLS.
Certification: Basic Life Support , Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support
