• Seeking a compassionate, accountable, and collaborative Registered Nurse to provide evidence-based patient care on the Med Surg unit, ensuring continual quality improvement through data collection and analysis.
• Position is night shift with occasional hours, based in Portage, WI.
• Requires active Wisconsin RN license, BLS certification (within 90 days if not current), and ongoing continuing education.
• Bachelor's in Nursing preferred; prior experience and additional certifications (ACLS, PALS, or NRP) may be needed based on department.
• Role includes assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation of care, and possible pyxis training.
