Provides direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process, including assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
Develops individualized care plans collaboratively with patients, families, and staff. Communicates clinical changes to physicians and team members and participates in discharge planning. Requires current RN license, BLS certification from AHA or Red Cross, with inpatient rehab experience preferred. Must demonstrate strong communication, organizational, critical thinking, and detail-oriented skills, meeting strict deadlines.
