Registered Nurse

•  The Registered Nurse, RN, is part of an interdisciplinary team delivering compassionate hospice care to patients and families facing terminal illness and bereavement.
•  Responsible for assessment, care coordination, and implementation of individualized care plans, the RN supervises and delegates tasks, educates families, provides direct nursing care, and participates in on-call and team meetings.
•  RNs maintain professional standards, ensure proper documentation, follow infection control, contribute to quality improvement, and serve as advocates for patients and families.
•  Requires a current RN license and two years of recent hospice or related experience.
