Requires critical thinking skills, 2-year degree in healthcare or accounting preferred, experience in healthcare billing/insurance, knowledge of insurance benefits, CPT and ICD-10 codes, billing processes, clear communication in English, basic math skills, computer proficiency, customer service skills, and ability to work well in a team.
