Seeking a full-time Registered Nurse for night shift (7p-7a) on a Stepdown team in Oklahoma City, OK. Responsible for managing patient care using the nursing process, including assessment, care planning, implementation, and evaluation. May need to float to other units and participate in on-call duties. Must supervise staff, provide mentorship, and adhere to safety and population-specific competencies. Requires RN licensure in Oklahoma or through Nurse Licensure Compact, BLS certification, and department-specific certifications (e.g., ACLS, PALS).
