Assist with resident Admission and Discharge processes. Complete incident reports and follow up investigations. Transcribe physician orders, document resident information, and review medication orders for accuracy. Prepare and administer medications as prescribed. Participate in care planning, documentation, and care conferences. Maintain good communication with all disciplines to meet resident needs. Engage in continuing education and adapt to electronic medical records. Must hold an active RN or LPN license in Wisconsin.
