Job Summary

The Nursing Supervisor will oversee the nursing staff and patient care activities within a healthcare facility, ensuring quality care delivery and adherence to regulations.

Duties
Supervise and coordinate nursing staff activities
Provide guidance, support, and training to nursing personnel
Monitor patient care plans and ensure their proper implementation
Conduct diagnostic evaluations and administer treatments as needed
Manage nursing schedules and assignments
Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards

Skills
Proficiency in diagnostic evaluation and treatment administration
Experience in long-term care, assisted living, nursing homes, and toddler care
Knowledge of gastric lavage, IV infusion, and coding practices
Familiarity with workers' compensation laws related to healthcare settings

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $60.00 - $65.00 per hour

Experience:
Registered Nurse/Supervisor: 2 years (Required)

License/Certification:
BLS Certification (Required)
