Registered Nurse

The Registered Nurse provides home-based skilled nursing care, following physician orders and treatment plans.

•  Responsibilities include documenting care, administering medications, teaching clients self-care, assessing health status, and supervising caregivers.

•  Performs assessments, completes regulatory documentation, and ensures compliance with safety and privacy standards.

•  Collaborates with healthcare team members, participates in training, and manages medication policies.

•  Qualifications include an accredited nursing degree, active license, CPR certification, and preferably home health experience.

•  Must possess strong communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills and be able to work independently or in teams.

•  The role offers a competitive hourly rate of $30, with duties tailored to improve clients independence and well-being.
