MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
Associate's Degree (Required)
Experience/Physical Requirements:
Heavy Work Exerting up to 100 lbs. of force occasionally and/or up to 50 lbs. of force frequently and/or in excess of 20 lbs. of force constantly. Effective interpersonal communication skills in order to effectively collaborate with physicians, and instruct patients and their families.

JOB SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
Assessment The registered nurse collects comprehensive data pertinent to the healthcare consumers health and/or situation by providing an extraordinary patient experience, compassionate care and clinical excellence one patient at a time. Diagnosis The registered nurse analyzes the assessment data to determine the diagnoses or the issues by providing an extraordinary patient experience, compassionate care and clinical excellence one patient at a time. Evaluation The registered nurse evaluates progress toward attainment of outcomes by providing an extraordinary patient experience, compassionate care and clinical excellence one patient at a time. Implementation The registered nurse implements the identified plan by providing an extraordinary patient experience, compassionate care and clinical excellence one patient at a time. Outcomes Identification The registered nurse identifies expected outcomes for a plan individualized to the healthcare consumer or the situation by providing an extraordinary patient experience, compassionate care and clinical excellence one patient at a time. Planning The registered nurse develops a plan that prescribes strategies and alternative to attain expected outcomes by providing an extraordinary patient experience, compassionate care and clinical excellence one patient at a time.
