Job Title: Registered Nurse

Shift: Day 3x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:30)

Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours Per Week

Experience: Minimum 2 years required; exceptions may be made depending on the unit.

License: Valid WI License required at time of submission

Certifications: BLS, PALS, Level II Trauma, AHA Certifications required prior to start

Must-Have: Cerner Experience

Job Description:

- Provide compassionate care to pediatric patients in a Med Surg Pediatrics unit.
- Work 36 hours per week with every other weekend and every other holiday required; no on-call duties.
- Must have experience in Cerner and be a previous Cerner user.
- Required to float to the PICU when needed.
- Must have flu vaccine; exemptions apply for medical or religious reasons.
- Complete orientation and modules during the first week.
- Undergo compliance and lab checks within 48 hours of signing.
- Provide two supervisor references.
- Submit proof of background initiation and proof of lab/DS appointment within the specified time frame.
- Adhere to hospital policies and maintain a high level of patient care.
