Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Emergency Room

Shift: 12-Hour Nights (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM)

Shifts Per Week: 3

Scheduled Hours: 36 hours per week

Hourly Pay Range: $32 - $53

Bonus: $5,000 sign-on bonus

Job Overview:

As a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Room, you will provide patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment. Using a professional practice model, you will conduct detailed clinical assessments, recognize health issues, create and implement care plans, and evaluate patient responses. You will work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure patient safety and effective treatment.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform thorough clinical assessments and develop individualized care plans based on patient needs.

Provide high-quality, compassionate care while managing patient comfort and safety.

Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and provide timely and accurate documentation.

Educate patients and families about healthcare treatments, disease prevention, and care management.

Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure seamless patient care delivery.

Prioritize patient safety by following hospital policies, nursing standards, and medical protocols.

Provide leadership in clinical problem-solving and contribute to a positive work environment.

Utilize technology to document care, manage scheduling, and communicate effectively.

Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited nursing program.

Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.

BLS certification (or must obtain within 30 days of hire).

Experience in an Emergency Room or similar acute care setting preferred.
