Preparing, administering and recording prescribed medications. Changing dressings, inserting catheters, and starting IVs. Adjusting specialized medical equipment as needed, as well as interpreting and recording measurements. Monitoring patients' vitals and reporting adverse reactions to medications in a timely manner.
SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
At least 1 year of experience - Required
Recent traveler experience - highly preferred
Work fair share of holidays and weekends - REQUIRED
ACLS - Preferred, not required

Comanche Specific Policies:
Multipliers - No increased rate for OT Holiday, and Call-Back
Rebate - This client has a rebate of 1% of all billings related to this assignment; passthrough expenses are not subject to any rebates. Please see section 14.6.1 of SSP Master Agreement for details.
Orientation - Allied and Therapy Travelers start orientation on Tuesdays. Nursing Travelers start orientation on Thursdays
Travelers will expect about 6 hours worth of modules to complete prior to start. Logins will typically be provided one week in advance of start date. If modules are completed prior to their initial start date Comanche will compensate them In order to process payment, agency must upload completed transcripts into the compliance section of Trio.
Call Policy - On Call paid out at per hour with 1 Hour Minimum
Local Policy - Applicants within 50 miles of Comanche County will be considered for a placement at 11% less the travel rate
