Valley View Manor is looking to hire Registered Nurse candidates to become a part of our team. We are offering flexible hours, with 4, 8, and 12-hour shifts available

The Registered Nurse's responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Providing direct patient care following state, federal, and facility guidelines

Supervising CNAs

Medication administration
• Wound and treatment care

Provide general nursing care to patients following the facility's nursing policy and procedure

Addressing problems identified in the patient care plan for Nurse review

Qualifications & Skills of Registered Nurse

Current license by the Minnesota Board of Nursing to practice as a Registered Nurse

Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written form

Ability to interact with a variety of people and foster a team philosophy

Ability to negotiate and interact effectively with staff, patients, families, and professional/regulatory agents
