Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong clinical background and demonstrate exceptional patient care skills. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care, conducting assessments, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. This role requires expertise in various areas, including critical care, occupational health, and memory care.

Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and diagnostic evaluations to determine health status and needs.
Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient assessments and medical history.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes in condition to the healthcare team.
Provide education and support to patients and families regarding health management and treatment options.
Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities using electronic health record systems.
Stay informed about workers compensation law as it pertains to patient care and treatment plans.

Experience
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
Familiarity with diagnostic evaluation processes is a plus.
Experience in memory care settings is advantageous.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective collaboration with healthcare teams.
