Job Description

The Opportunity:

Saint Luke's Hospital is looking to add and RN to their Cardio Critical Care unit at the Plaza location.

We are seeking a nurse who is a natural leader and will go above and beyond for their peers, patients and patients' loved ones.

The Shift:

Full time

Night shift 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. 7 days per week

Schedules are written 8 - 10 weeks in advance

Responsibilities:
  • In hospital setting, accountable for utilizing the nursing process.
  • Responsible for performing patient care, delegating patient care tasks and for supervision of other patient care staff.
  • Responsible for coordinating the plan of care for a group of assigned patients and consulting with other members of the health care team when indicated to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • This nurse demonstrates proficiency and abides by policies, rules, guidelines and procedures.
  • Strong time management, teamwork, communication and multi-tasking skills are important to be successful in this position.
  • ACLS is required but can be obtained after hire.
Minimum 2 years Critical Care or ER RN experience strongly preferred
