Job Summary:We are looking for a skilled and compassionate
Registered Nurse (RN) to provide top-tier healthcare services to patients. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering quality patient care in accordance with clinical guidelines and best practices. You will collaborate with the healthcare team to assess patient needs, implement treatment plans, and ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities: - Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical, emotional, and social needs.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor and document patient conditions, vital signs, and symptoms, reporting changes promptly.
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans, procedures, and post-discharge care.
- Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals, including doctors and specialists.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies with appropriate interventions.
- Maintain up-to-date patient records and ensure accuracy in charting.
- Ensure compliance with infection control, safety procedures, and health regulations.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Required Qualifications: - Education:
- Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Licensure:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in state/region of employment .
- Certifications:
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification; ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) preferred.
- Experience:
- X years of nursing experience in a clinical setting preferred.
