As part of our commitment to employee well-being, we are establishing an onsite Primary Care Center that provides comprehensive, patient-centered healthcare to Lilly employees. We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to play a key role in delivering high-quality primary care services, ensuring an exceptional patient experience every day.


This individual will be responsible for daily clinical and administrative support, working closely with designated physician partners, advanced practice providers (APPs), and medical assistants to manage a panel of patients. The ideal candidate will possess strong teamwork skills, attention to detail, a devotion to clinical excellence, and the ability to efficiently manage communications and workflow.


Hours :
  • Full-time (40 hours/week) with a schedule designed to meet clinic and employee needs.
  • Some flexibility for early morning or late-day coverage as required.
  • This role includes occasional telephonic on-call support for evening and weekend medical operations.

Ways You'll Contribute:Primary Care & Preventive Health Services
  • Deliver direct nursing care, including health assessments, triage, and patient education.
  • Room patients, obtain medical histories, and prepare them for provider visits.
  • Support chronic disease management, including diabetes, hypertension, and cardiovascular risk factors.
  • Assist in the management of acute conditions, such as respiratory infections, minor injuries, and musculoskeletal complaints.
  • Perform point-of-care testing, including INR, glucose, EKG, urinalysis, and vision screening.
  • Administer routine vaccinations and injections under provider supervision.
  • Conduct phlebotomy, IV placements, and laboratory support for diagnostic testing.
  • Provide education on self-care strategies, lifestyle modifications, and disease prevention.

Care Coordination & Wellness Support
  • Schedule patient appointments and referrals to internal and external specialists as needed.
  • Assist with insurance pre-certifications and prior authorizations for procedures and treatments.
  • Manage prescription requests, coordinating with physicians and pharmacies as needed.
  • Work closely with the clinical team to review labs, biometric data, and wearable health insights to personalize interventions.
  • Participate in annual health screenings and preventive health assessments to optimize employee wellness.
  • Support corporate health and wellness initiatives, such as educational workshops, vaccination clinics, and chronic disease management programs.

Emergency Response & Clinical Operations
  • Respond to on-site medical emergencies, providing first aid, urgent nursing care, and coordination with emergency responders as needed.
  • Maintain privacy-compliant medical records, ensuring accurate documentation in the electronic health record (EHR) system.
  • Oversee medical supply inventory, including ordering, stocking, and vendor coordination.
  • Ensure adherence to clinical protocols, workplace safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Other duties within the scope of practice as assigned by the supervising provider.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) or Associate in Nursing from an accredited institution.
  • Current Indiana RN License
  • Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in relevant setting such as clinical experience in primary care, internal medicine, ambulatory care, emergency medicine, or family practice.
  • Qualified applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. Lilly will not provide support for or sponsor work authorization and/or visas for this role.

Highly Preferred Skills & Certifications:
  • Strong phlebotomy and IV placement skills.
  • CPR certification for healthcare providers.
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification (or willingness to obtain).
  • Knowledge of preventive health screening protocols and chronic disease management.
  • Strong ability to multi-task, prioritize workflow, and maintain efficiency in a fast-paced setting.
  • Experience with vendor management and medical supply logistics.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
  • Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) and familiarity with insurance processes.
  • Experience with insurance pre-certifications, prior authorizations, and prescription management.

Actual compensation will depend on a candidate's education, experience, skills, and geographic location. The anticipated wage for this position is

$57,750 - $129,800

Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
