We're seeking a Registered Nurse for a corrections setting. This role demands high
•quality care delivery in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
• Deliver comprehensive nursing care in a correctional facility.
• Respond to medical emergencies.
• Collaborate on patient care plans.
• Maintain patient records.
Details:
• Start dates are on weekends post
•clearance.
• 13
•week contract with possible extension.
• Day shifts: 0545
•1815.
• Weekly hours: 36/48, with 36 guaranteed.
• Overtime available based on performance.
• May need to float to units within a 30
•minute radius.
• 4
•week block scheduling.
Requirements:
• BLS Certification.
• Compact or Texas RN License.
• 2 years of RN experience.
• 1 year of Acute Care or Med Surg experience.
• Experience in LTAC, ER, Skilled Nursing, or Psych is a plus.
