We are seeking a full-time or part-time RN Charge Nurse with a sign-on bonus of $10,000 for full-time and $5,000 for part-time positions. Shifts available include 1st (6:45am-7:15pm), 2nd (3pm-11pm and 7pm-11pm), and 3rd (7pm-7:30am). Responsibilities include providing direct nursing care, medication administration, monitoring residents, and directing clinical staff. Candidates must have a current Michigan RN license, effective communication skills, and previous nursing experience, preferably with the elderly.
